First of all, I was very impressed with the personal phone call I received two days prior to my arrival to the hotel inquiring about any additional needs I may have. This was a nice touch. Upon checking in the team behind the desk was professional and so pleasant. Our room wasn’t ready and they were able to upgrade us to a suite that was available. Every team member we passed greeted us and asked if they could be of assistance to us. Every single person was exceptional! The room was lovely and the bed was so comfortable. We loved the cookies and milk in the evenings. They were delicious and provided a feeling of home. The breakfast buffet was a wonderful way to start our day! The selections varied daily and were hot and delicious! It was so nice to have “real food”, not just bagels or cereal. Again, the team at breakfast was so helpful and friendly. We LOVED our stay and want to thank you for the amazing hospitality!

Completely delighted by this beautiful hotel. Upscale rooms, facilities, great pool area. And the staff was most welcoming. Will definitely return when we are in the area next.

Needed to reserve a room that would accommodate a wheelchair. Not only were we able to last minute reserve a room but the price per night was so easy on our budget. Location is awesome, cleanliness was stellar, staff was so friendly, and they even comped me a twin bed as there were 3 of us staying. Quiet, comfortable, and clean!
