Staff tries so hard to accommodate. Room was lovely, especially mattress was high end. Towels and cleanliness are first rate. Breakfasts are among the very best we have had across years of traveling. All is top tier. We will come back here whenever we can.

Because my husband and I reserved two rooms (7 guests each), we received two surveys. This is the second of the two surveys that we are pleased to submit and with the same exact sentiment as the first... "Super friendly and courteous staff, especially beautiful and clean accommodations, awesome breakfast and comfortable and cozy dining area (met a couple of sweet guests who turned out to be distant relatives :)), beautiful and inviting pool area, convenient location. My family (ages 3 to 79) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the West Inn & Suites the night before and night of our niece's wedding in a total of nine rooms (including one ADA room) and we would stay again and gladly recommend the West Inn & Suites to family and friends."
