We love the West Inn. Great location, wonderful rooms and breakfast. Pool is clean and inviting. Perfect spot to take a break..............

We had 4 rooms for our family. We had stayed at this hotel previously. For us, it is about 30 minutes to the SD Zoo, 30 minutes to SD Safari, and not too far for Knott's Berry Farm or Balboa Park. There were many places to eat within a 15-minute drive and Ralph's Grocery store about a mile down the road. The hotel doesn't mind guest bring food to the hotel and has tables available to eat. We had pizza from Blaze and sat just outside the pool at an outdoor table area. The hotel offers milk and cookies from 8 - 9 pm daily which my grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed. I recommend this hotel to stay as it is quiet and conveniently located.

Super friendly and courteous staff, especially beautiful and clean accommodations, awesome breakfast and comfortable and cozy dining area (met a couple of sweet guests who turned out to be distant relatives :)), beautiful and inviting pool area, convenient location. My family (ages 3 to 79) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the West Inn & Suites the night before and night of our niece's wedding in a total of nine rooms (including one ADA room) and we would stay again and gladly recommend the West Inn & Suites to family and friends.
