Excellent hospitality. We always received a friendly greeting by each staff member we encountered. The $20 per night amenity fee included a full breakfast that had fresh eggs, sausage one day and bacon the next in addition to the usual buffet offerings, WiFi, parking, and free shuttle service. Our comfortable room had king sized beds, a safe, iron, hair dryer, microwave and mini fridge that had bottled water. The pool had floaties, swim diapers, and pool toys. They offered beach chairs, umbrellas & toys if we decided to go to the beach. The shuttle to and from Legoland was always on time and provided car seats for the children which was very convenient for us. There was also evening cookies, milk, coffee and tea. We had a very enjoyable stay and look forward to staying here again when we are in the area.

Being away from home is challenging sometimes, but West Inn has always been my "home away from home"! Convenient location, clean rooms, comfy beds and the staff goes above and beyond to help their guests.

This was our first stay at West Inn & Suites and we were surprised at how "upscale" it felt though it was very affordably priced. The entire place was immaculate, and the desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious and extremely quiet -- honestly the quietest hotel we've ever stayed in! The breakfast was a bit disappointing in flavor - fresh but much like bland cafeteria food. At least the coffee was good. We tried to fill up on cereal and fruit so that helped. I also would not recommend purchasing anything from the little gift shop unless you really have to. It cost us $30 for a couple of diet Cokes, a Cup a Noodles, and an ice cream! Despite these two issues, we would definitely consider staying here again. It's a beautiful place in a great location, and it's priced well. Oh, and the mattresses were super comfortable too!
